Before and After Photos of Works Carried Out for a Private Client at Rayscroft, Torquay

These works were carried out for a private client in Torquay, who is now an annual client for jetwash cleaning services.

 

The patio with the chimenea was cleaned, some of the slabs needed resetting because they were loose, and it was then repointed where necessary.

 

The patio with the stone and slab border was rebuilt in March 2021, as the original patio was past its best. Following this, the client specified for the patio to be extended, and with this the stone border with matching slab copies were installed. 

 

The boundary retaining wall was also past its best and failing, so the decision was made to dismantle the wall and reconstruct to level coursed beds with a reinstated half-round mortar capping.
